Buffalo hump

Findings:
There are bilateral and symmetric non-encapsulated fatty masses in the posterior neck. No evidence of any mass lesion.
The soft tissue of the neck is unremarkable. There is no lymphadenopathy.
Prominent adenoid tissue is noted, which is normal in this age group.
The visualised brain is unremarkable.
No bony abnormality is seen. The craniocervical junction and spinal canal appear patent.

Impression:
Moderate lipomatosis of the posterior neck. No evidence of lipoma or any mass lesion.
