Sinonasal polyposis

Findings:
Marked mucosal thickening and total soft tissue opacification of maxillary, frontal and sphenoid sinuses as well as ethmoidal complexes merging with the nasal turbinates and causing partially obliteration of nasal cavities. Several, polypoid soft tissue densities are noted in both nasal cavities.
Both osteomeatal complexes are obstructed.
Mild nasal septal deviation to the right is seen.

The orbits are unremarkable. The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.

Conclusion:
Features are characteristic of extensive sinonasal polyposis.
