Falx meningioma

Findings:
Left-sided anterior high falcine-based homogenous lesion with homogeneous post-contrast enhancement, in keeping with the known falcine meningioma, measuring approximately 8 mm, unchanged to the previous study. No related mass effect.
The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable without evidence of demyelinating lesions. No abnormal signal on the susceptibility-weighted images or diffusion/ADC images is identified. No evidence of any enhancing intra-axial lesions on the postcontrast study.
The pituitary gland is normal.
A small mucous retention cyst is seen in the right maxillary sinus. The orbits, paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are otherwise clear.
No bony abnormality is seen. The craniocervical junction is normal.

Conclusion:
Stable appearance of the known left frontal falcine meningioma with the study.
Otherwise, normal MRI of the brain.
