Developmental venous anomaly (DVA) 

Findings:
A curvilinear T2 hyperintensity is noted in the right frontal white matter, which is associated with a larger collecting vein draining into the superior sagittal sinus, in keeping with a developmental venous anomaly. No evidence of any arteriovenous malformation. The Circle of Willis is normal with conventional anatomy. No evidence of stenosis or aneurysm is seen.
The brain parenchyma is otherwise unremarkable. No hydrocephalus or midline shift.
A calcified mass lesions in the subcutaneous tissues of the scalp in the left frontal region, in keeping with a trichilemmal cyst.
The orbits, paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear.
No bony abnormality is seen. Incidental finding of a small Tornwaldt cyst.

Impression:
Small DVA in the right frontal white matter. No arteriovenous malformation, no aneurysm.
