Cervical spine, normal/ mild degeneration

Findings:
Loss of physiological cervical lordosis is noted. The craniocervical junction is normal. The cord is unremarkable without evidence of any intramedullary lesions.
The vertebral bodies and discs are of normal height with no malalignment. The marrow signal is normal.
Mild disc degeneration is seen in the cervical spine with decreased signal intensity of the intervertebral discs.
No evidence of disc herniation or any relevant osteoarthritis of the cervical spine.
The central canal and neural exit foramina are widely patent.
No paravertebral abnormality is identified. Small cystic changes are seen in the nasopharyngeal adenoid.

Conclusion:
Minimal degeneration of the cervical spine without evidence of disc herniation or any relevant stenosis.
