Findings:
No intra- or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
No sign of atrophy of the midbrain.
Global cortical atrophy score: 2 – volume loss of gyri, moderate ventricular enlargement.
Koedam score for parietal atrophy: 3 – marked sulcal widening and gyral atrophy, more prominent on the right side.
Mesial Temporal Atrophy: 2 – mild enlargement of the temporal horn and mild loss of hippocampal height.
Mild background small vessel ischaemic disease (Fazekas 1). No evidence of intracranial haemorrhage or an ischaemic event.
