Phthisis bulbi

Findings:
Small, atropic and disorganized right globe with accompanying dystrophic calcification is seen.
The left orbit has a normal appearance.
Old, non-displaced orbital floor fracture is seen on the right side. Additionally, displaced fracture of the medial orbital wall is seen on the right side with protrusion of the extraconal fat into the ethmoid air cells on the right.
Small mucous retention cyst is seen in the left maxillary sinus. The imaged paranasal sinuses and the nasal cavities are otherwise clear, as are the mastoid air cells.
Diffuse cerebellar atrophy is noted.

Conclusion:
Phthisis bulbi on the right side.
Old orbital floor and medial orbital wall fracture on the right.
Diffuse cerebellar atrophy.
