Findings:
No intra- or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable.
The vestibular-cochlear apparatus and internal acoustic canals have a normal appearance. No structural cochlear abnormalities.
The facial and vestibulocochlear nerves have a normal appearance. No CPA mass lesion.
A vascular loop of the left anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) within the CPA level, just approaching the entrance of the left internal auditory meatus, between neural segments (type 1 vascular loop).
The trigeminal and abducens nerves have a normal appearance.
Mucosal thickening is seen in the frontal, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses bilaterally. The mastoid air cells are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.
Conclusion:
No CPA mass lesion.
Type 1 vascular loop in the left CPA.
