Chronic rhinosinusitis

Findings:
Moderate mucosal thickening is seen in the paranasal sinuses bilaterally. The ostio-meatal units, sphenoethmoidal recesses and frontal outflow tracts are compromised with thickened mucosa.
There is mild hyperostosis of the sinus walls of the frontal, and maxillary sinuses with simultaneous demineralization of the uncinate processes and medial wall of both maxillary sinuses.
Roomy nasal cavity with no mucosal thickening or polyp. The nasal septum is mildly deviated to the right.
The cribriform and orbital plates are intact.
The orbits are unremarkable.

Impression:
Chronic rhinosinusitis with obliteration of the ostio-meatal units, sphenoethmoidal recesses and frontal outflow tracts. No evidence of polyposis.
