PEEK cervical cage fusion/ Klippel-Feil

Findings:
The craniocervical junction is normal. Loss of physiological cervical lordosis is seen.
Fusion of the vertebral bodies and posterior elements of C5 with C6, in keeping with  Klippel-Feil syndrome.
Vertical metallic density linear structures are noted at C6/7 disc spaces, representing PEEK cervical cage fusion with advanced fusion of the disc space at this level.
Mild, broad-based disc bulging and osteoarthritis of the right-sided uncovertebral joint is seen at C3/4 and C4/5 with high-grade neural exit foraminal stenosis at these two levels on the right side.

No relevant stenosis at C5/6.

Osteoarthritis of the uncovertebral joints on facet joints is seen at C6/7 with high-grade bilateral neural exit foraminal stenosis at this level, more significant on the right.

No central canal stenosis.

The soft tissue of the neck is unremarkable. The lung apices are clear.

Advanced osteoarthritis of the acromioclavicular joints is noted.

Conclusion:
PEEK cervical cage fusion at C6/7 with advanced ossification of the C6/7 intervertebral space.
High-grade neural exit foraminal stenosis at C3/4 and C4/5 on the right side as well as at C6/7 bilaterally (R>L).
High-grade osteoarthritis of the acromioclavicular joints.
