Retroclival prepontine meningioma

Findings:
A small, well-circumscribed extra-axial mass of retroclival, right prepontine location with a broad base dural contact to the posterior surface of clivus is noted, measuring approximately 8 x 12 x 15 mm. It displays an isosignal to the cortical grey matter on both T1 and T2, slightly high signal on FLAIR with a vivid homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences. It shows a similar signal intensity to the brain on DWI and ADC.
No mass effect or perilesional oedema.
Very few, non-specific T2/FLAIR white matter lesions are noted in bilateral cerebral hemispheres. The brain parenchyma is otherwise unremarkable.
The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. No midline shift.
The pituitary gland is normal.
The orbits, paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear.
No bony abnormality is seen.

Impression:

MRI features of a small retroclival prepontine vividly enhancing extra-axial mass most consistent with meningioma.
