Warthin tumor of parotid gland

Findings:
Two small, sharply demarcated lesions are noted in the right parotid tail, measuring 1.2 x 0.8 cm and 1.8 x 1.5 cm.
There is heterogeneous internal signal including small areas of T1 hyperintensity and T2 hypointensity, and mild heterogeneous enhancement. No abnormal perineural enhancement.

No left parotid lesions are seen. The submandibular and thyroid glands are unremarkable.

The tongue and the floor of the mouth have a normal appearance. The retromolar trigone is unremarkable.
The pharyngeal and glottic regions are normal. The parapharyngeal fat space is normal. The tonsils and adenoids are normal.
Non-specific bilateral submandibular lymph nodes are noted. No pathological lymphadenopathy.

The imaged brain parenchyma is unremarkable. Mucous retention cyst is seen in the right maxillary sinus. The orbits, the paranasal sinuses and the mastoid air cells are otherwise clear.

No bony abnormality is seen. The craniocervical junction and spinal canal appear patent.

Conclusion:
Two small right parotid lesions, likely in keeping with multicentric Warthin’s tumors.
