Isolated sphenoethmoidal pattern sinusitis

Findings:
Mucoperiosteal thickening and complete opacification of the right sphenoid sinus with obliterated right sphenoethmoidal recess and subsequent opacification of the right posterior ethmoidal air cells.
Minimal mucosal thickening is seen overlaying the floor of the maxillary sinuses bilaterally.
The rest of paranal sinuses are clear. The left sphenoethmoidal recess and both ostiomeatal units are patent.
Concha bullosa is noted on the left. The nasal cavities are unremarkable. No obvious nasal septal deviation.
The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.
No soft tissue abnormality.

Impression:
Isolated sphenoethmoidal pattern sinusitis of the right sphenoid and posterior ethmoid sinuses.
