Follow-up MS

Findings:
Head:
No intra or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
Multiple demyelinating plaques are noted in bilateral subcortical and periventricular white matter as well as in the right middle cerebellar peduncle, unchanged to the previous study. No evidence of any new lesions.
The lesions show no barrier disruption or diffusion restriction.
The pituitary gland is normal.
The orbits, paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.

Cervical spine:
The craniocervical junction is normal. Extensive, partially oblong intra medullary lesions are noted at C2/3 as well as at C5 – T1 levels, relatively unchanged to the previous study of January 2021. The lesions show no enhancement on the postcontrast study.
The vertebral bodies and discs are of normal height with no malalignment. The marrow signal is normal.
The central canal and neural exit foramina are widely patent.
No paravertebral abnormality is identified.

Conclusion:
Stable intracranial and intramedullary lesions load, when compared to the previous studies. No evidence of new or active lesions.
