Zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture

Findings:
Minimally displaced, communicated fracture of the right zygomatic arch without any significant angulation.
Non-displaced fractures of the lateral and anterior wall of the right maxillary sinus are also seen, extending to the right orbital floor and involving the right infraorbital canal. No prolapse of the extraocular muscles.

There is a possibly old bilateral nasal fractures without septal involvement. Recent non-displaced fracture of the right nasal bone is also seen.
The mandible is intact.
Mild mucosal thickening is seen in the right maxillary sinus. The paranasal sinuses are otherwise clear.

The globes are unremarkable.
The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.

Conclusion:
Zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture on the right with non-displaced fractures of the right zygomatic arch, right maxillary sinus and the right orbital floor.
Likely older nasal bone fracture.
