Inverted papilloma

Findings:
No intra or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable.
The orbits and the mastoid air cells are clear.
Polypoid soft tissue thickening with mucosal enhancement is seen in the paranasal sinuses bilaterally with complete opacification of the left-sided ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses.
Also, there is a soft tissue lesion within the right posterior ethmoid sinus extending to the ipsilateral nasal cavity with cerebriform pattern on the T2 images. Inferiorly the lesion extends into the right middle turbinate, overlaying the nasal septum medially.
Nasal septal deviation with left-sided bony spur is seen.
No bony abnormality is seen.

Conclusion:
Soft tissue lesion within the posterior aspect of the right ethmoid sinus, extending inferiorly to the right middle turbinate, suspicious of inverted papilloma.
