Fenestral otosclerosis

Findings:
Small area of bone lucency just anterior to the oval window on the left. No obvious radiolucency can be identified on the right.
The external auditory canal, middle ear, vestibular-cochlear apparatus and internal acoustic canal have a normal appearance. The vestibular aqueduct is normal size.
The tympanic membrane and ossicles are normal. The epitympanic recess, scutum, mastoid antrum and mastoid air cells are normal.
The course of the facial nerve is normal.
The carotid canal and jugular foramen are unremarkable.
Cell thickening is noted in the visualised paranasal sinuses bilaterally.

Impression:
Fenestral otosclerosis on the left. No involvement of the bone surrounding the cochlea.
