MRI Gyn-normal findings

Comparison: No relevant prior studies available.

Findings:
Uterus: Anteverted anteflexed 60 mm long with normal morphology. Endometrium 4 mm thin and regular. Junctional zone not thickened. No myometrial lesions.

Ovaries: Normal appearance of the ovaries with multiple follicle cysts. No endometrioma.

Fallopian tubes: Unremarkable with no dilation or hematosalpinx.

The vagina and the urinary bladder are unremarkable, as are the uterosacral ligaments.

Rectosigmoid colon: Normal with no wall thickening.

Pouch of Douglas: Unremarkable.

Rectovaginal septum: normal.

There is no lymphadenopathy. No ascites.

Modic-2 endplate changes at L5/S1. No suspicious bony lesions.

Impression:
Normal pelvic MRI.
