The ovaries contain multiple follicular cysts bilaterally.
The cervix, vagina and the urinary bladder are unremarkable, as are the uterosacral ligaments.
The visualised bowel is unremarkable with no wall thickening.
Minimal fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas.
There is no lymphadenopathy.
No bony abnormality is seen.
Impression:
Intramural uterine fibroid in the anterior uterine wall as well as focal adenomyosis.
