Optic nerve glioma

Findings:
Mild fusiform enlargement and kinking of the intraorbital and intracanalicular segments of the right optic nerve with mild enhancement is seen. The right eye-globe, orbital muscles and muscle cone are otherwise normal.
No abnormality is seen involving the left orbit.
No intra or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable.
Mucosal thickening is seen in the left maxillary sinus. The paranasal sinuses and the mastoid air cells are otherwise clear. No bony abnormality is seen.

Conclusion:
Appearance compatible with the right-sided optic nerve glioma.
