Orbital marginal zone lymphoma

Findings:
Known, largely extraconal mass lesion in the upper inner left orbital quadrant with mild homogeneous enhancement, measuring approximately 7.5 x 23 x 30 mm. No significant interval changes when compared to the previous studies. Known calcifications at the inner margin of the soft tissue lesion. Mild downward displacement of the left globe.

The right orbit is unremarkable.

The imaged brain and intracranial circulation are unremarkable.
The paranasal sinuses and the mastoid air cells are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.

Conclusion:
Stable appearance of the known, left extraconal orbital lymphoma.
