Parasagittal meningioma

Findings:
Left posterior parafalcine extra-axial lesion is noted, measuring approximately 1.5 cm. The mass is isointense on T1 and T2 with water restriction on DWI images and heterogenous avid enhancement, associated with effacement of the underlying cortical sulci. No vasogenic edema.
Some blooming artifacts are seen within the lesion on the susceptibility-weighted images.
The lesion abuts the superior sagittal sinus without any obvious invasion. No further intracranial mass lesion could be identified.
The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable.
The pituitary gland is normal.
Mild mucosal thickening is seen in both ethmoid and maxillary sinuses.
The orbits, paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are otherwise clear.
No bony abnormality is seen. The craniocervical junction is normal.

Conclusion:
Appearance compatible with a small parasagittal meningioma in the left parietal lobe without any significant mass effect. No invasion of the superior sagittal sinus.
