Silent sinus syndrome

Findings:
Atelectatic right maxillary antrum with subtotal opacification.
Nasal septal deviation with convexity toward the right side.
Rest of the paranasal sinuses are of normal size.
Interval resorption of the hyperdense material within the left sphenoid sinus. Currently mild mucosal thickening is seen in both the sphenoid sinuses. The paranasal sinuses are otherwise clear.
The nasal cavities are unremarkable without evidence of abnormal aeration.

Hyperostosis frontalis interna is seen. The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.
The temporomandibular joints are unremarkable.
Dental caries are seen involving the right lower third molar.

Conclusion:
Silent sinus syndrome involving the right maxillary sinus with mild nasal septal deviation to the right.
Interval resorption of the hyperdense material within the left sphenoid sinus. Mild mucosal thickening in both the sphenoid sinuses. No mycetoma.
