Pectus excavatum

Findings:
Severe pectus excavatum, with anterior lower chest deformity. The Haller index is 3.8, with mass effect on right heart chambers.
The great vessels, trachea and oesophagus have a normal appearance. There is no lymphadenopathy.
The pulmonary parenchyma is unremarkable without evidence of any pulmonary nodules or consolidations. The pleural spaces are clear.
The upper abdominal solid organs and bowel have a normal appearance within the field of view. Incidental note is made of a splenule at the lower lateral pole of the spleen.
No suspicious bony lesions.

Impression:
Known pectus excavatum with Haller index=3.8.
