Multinodular goiter

Findings:
The thyroid gland is markedly enlarged particularly the right lobe and contains multiple varying size nodular lesions with coarse calcifications.
Enlarged thyroid extends from C3/4 until T2/3 levels with mild extension to the right upper paratracheal mediastinum. Posteriorly both thyroid lobes extend to the retropharyngeal space.
Trachea and other midline cervical structures are mildly shifted to the left side and significant tracheal narrowing is observed.
There is no sign of local invasion of adjacent structures.

Conclusion:
Large multinodular goitre with mild extension into the upper mediastinum on the right side and significant tracheal narrowing.
