No abnormalities seen in the left CPA.
The sella is empty and enlarged, containing fluid of CSF signal. The infundibulum traverses the sella, without displacement.
The imaged brain parenchyma is unremarkable. No hydrocephalus.
Mucosal thickening is seen in the right ethmoid sinus. Minimal fluid is seen in several mastoid air cells on the left side.
