Cholesteatoma

Findings:
Known, subtotal opacification of the mastoid air cells is seen bilaterally.
The previously described soft tissue density within the right epitympanum and aditus displays significant diffusion restriction. No other true diffusion restriction was identified.
The vestibular-cochlear apparatus and internal acoustic canals have a normal appearance. No structural cochlear abnormalities.
The facial and vestibulocochlear nerves have a normal appearance. The trigeminal and abducens nerves are normal. No CPA mass lesion.

The imaged brain parenchyma is unremarkable. No hydrocephalus or midline shift.

The orbits and paranasal sinuses are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.

Conclusion:
The described soft tissue lesion in the right epitympanum and aditus correlates with a cholesteatoma.
Bilateral obliteration of the mastoid air cells. No retrocochlear pathology.
