Impacted molars/ Apical periodontitis

Findings:
Bucco-/mesioangular impacted right upper second molar with caries destroying its crown.
Vertically impacted left upper third molar, contacting the root of the second left upper molar without any resorption.
Periapical lucencies are noted surrounding the roots of teeth 16, 33, 34 and 43 with cortical thinning in the right hemimandible at tooth 43.

Elongated coronoid processes bilaterally.

The orbits, the paranasal sinuses and the mastoid air cells are clear.

Conclusion:
Bucco-/mesioangular impacted right upper second molar with caries destroying its crown.
Vertically impacted left upper third molar.
Apical periodontitis with periapical cysts at teeth 16, 33, 34 and 43.
