Occipital spur

Findings:
No intra or extra-axial blood or fluid collection is present. There is no mass or shift of midline. The ventricles and sulci are normal in size and configuration.
Brain densities are normal. No loss of the grey-white matter junction is seen.
Focal, midline, pointed bony projection arising at external occipital protuberance, measuring 2 x 2 cm. No further bony abnormality was seen.
The imaged paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear.

Conclusion:
Crest type occipital spur. The remainder of the study is unremarkable.
