Impacted right upper third molar

Findings:
Inverted and horizontally impacted right upper third molar with hyperdensity surrounding its root, without expansion the cortical bone. No associated cystic lesions.
No significant protrusion into the maxillary sinus loop.

A small periapical cyst is seen surrounding the dental ruled of 45 tooth. No other significant abnormality was noted.

The paranasal sinuses and the nasal cavities are unremarkable. The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.

Conclusion:
Inverted and horizontally impacted right upper third molar with surrounding hypercementosis. No associated cystic lesions.
