Odontogenic sinusitis

Findings:
Bilateral periapical lucencies around the roots of the left upper second premolar and the right of her first molar teeth (larger on the right side) in keeping with periapical radicular cysts, with adjacent subtle bony erosive changes.
Mucoperiosteal thickening of both maxillary sinuses with complete opacification of the left maxillary sinus and near complete opacification of the right maxillary sinus. Calcifications are noted along the floor of the right maxillary sinus.
The ostiomeatal complexes are bilaterally compromised.
Mild mucosal thickening is also seen in the frontal, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses.
Concha bullosa is noted on the right with mild nasal septal deviation to the left. No polyps.
The visualised nasopharynx is unremarkable.
Partial obliteration of the mastoid air cells is seen bilaterally. The middle ear cavities are clear.

Impression:
Bilateral maxillary sinusitis, likely in keeping with odontogenic sinusitis.
No polyposis.
