CT Angio aortic arch and intracranial

Findings:
Incidental bovine arch is noted with common origin of the brachiocephalic trunk and left common carotid artery.
Tortuosity and kinking of the proximal brachiocephalic and the right common carotid arteries.
Minimal atheromatous changes at the left carotid plaque location without any relevant stenosis.
The common carotids, carotid bulbs, internal carotid and external carotid arteries are patent. No evidence of stenosis, aneurysm or dissection is seen.
Subclavian and vertebral arteries without hemodynamically significant changes.
The Circle of Willis is normal with conventional anatomy. No evidence of stenosis or aneurysm is seen. No branch occlusion.
The dural venous sinuses are normal.

The paranasal sinuses and the mastoid air cells are clear.
Several non-specific cervical lymph nodes are noted bilaterally. The cervical soft tissues are unremarkable. The lung apices are clear.
Moderate spondylodegenerative changes of the lower cervical spine are seen. No suspicious bony lesions.

Conclusion:
Normal CT neck vessels and Circle of Willis with no relevant stenosis or aneurysm. No evidence of subclavian steal phenomenon.
