Skull vault osteoma

Findings:
Mild involutional changes are seen in the brain parenchyma in the form of prominent cortical sulci and widened ventricles.
No intra or extra-axial blood or fluid collection is present. There is no mass or shift of midline.
Brain densities are normal. No loss of the grey-white matter junction is seen.
Hyperostosis frontalis interna is noted.
Well defined oval exophytic sclerotic lesions are noted projecting from the outer table of the frontal bones bilaterally, in keeping with skull vault osteomas.
The imaged paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. Bilateral IOL-implants are seen.

Conclusion:
Normal CT of the head.
