Findings:
Bilateral TMJ joint space narrowing with flattening and mild osteophytosis on the left. No subchondral sclerosis. The mandible and maxilla are otherwise unremarkable.
The paranasal sinuses are clear.
Concha bullosa is seen on the right side with consequential nasal septal deviation to the left with left-sided bony spur.
The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear. The orbits are unremarkable.
Mild degenerative changes of the imaged upper cervical spine is seen.
Conclusion:
Mild bilateral temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis, more prominent on the left.
