Vertically impacted molars/mandibular canal

Findings:
Vertically impacted right upper third molar with its root protruding into the right maxillary sinus.
Also, vertically impacted left lower third molar. The left inferior alveolar canal crosses between the bifid roots of the 3rd lower left molar, contacting them with possible mild narrowing the canal without loss of corticalization.
Mild mucosal thickening is seen in both maxillary sinuses. In the paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are otherwise clear.
Osteoarthritis of the left temporomandibular joint is seen with flattening and subchondral cysts.

Conclusion:
Vertically impacted right upper and left lower third molars.
The left inferior alveolar canal runs in between the bifid roots of the 3rd lower left molar, contacting them with possible mild narrowing the canal without loss of corticalization.
