Findings:
There is a depressed, communicated fracture of the anterior wall of the left maxillary sinus involving the left orbital floor is seen. Possible mild prolapse of the extraocular fat within the left maxillary sinus. The extraocular muscles and the globes are unremarkable.
Mild mucosal thickening is seen in the left maxillary sinus. The paranasal sinuses are otherwise clear. Aplastic frontal sinuses.
The nasal bone, zygomatic arches and the mandible are intact.
Periapical cysts are seen surrounding the root of the central and lateral upper incisors bilaterally.
The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.
Conclusion:
Depressed fracture of the anterior wall of the left maxillary sinus involving the left orbital floor.
