Zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture

Findings:
Mildly displaced fracture of the anterior and posterior walls of the left maxillary sinus.
Additionally non-displaced fracture of the left orbital floor and lateral orbital rim with diastasis of the frontozygomatic and zygomaticomaxillary sutures. Also, possible diastases of the left zygomaticotemporal suture. No dissociation of the zygomatic bone.
The fracture extends to the inferior aspect of the medial wall of the left maxillary sinus.
Moderate haematoma is seen in the left maxillary sinus.
No obvious alveolar ridge fracture.
Impacted upper and lower third molars. Smaller than average right upper third molar (microdont).
The nasal bone is intact. Nasal septal deviation to the left with left-sided bony spur is seen.
Concha bullosa is seen bilaterally, more prominent on the left.

The temporomandibular joints are unremarkable.
The skull base is intact. The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.

Conclusion:
Minimally displaced fracture of the left maxillary sinus, the orbital floor and the lateral orbital rim on the left with zygomaticotemporal, frontozygomatic and zygomaticomaxillary diastasis.
No herniation or impingement of the extraocular soft tissue.
