Normal Pituitary gland

Findings:
The anterior pituitary is normal in size, shape, morphology, and signal intensity. Posterior pituitary bright spot is orthotopic in position. On the post-contrast study, no abnormal lesion is seen in the anterior pituitary.
The infundibular stalk is central in position and normal in thickness.
The pituitary fossa, the cavernous sinus and bilateral internal carotid arteries are unremarkable.

No intra or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. There is no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable.
The orbits, paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.

Conclusion:
Normal findings without evidence of pituitary adenoma.
