Findings:
S-shape scoliosis with a primary lumbar curvature to the left and a secondary thoracic curvature to the right. Consequential pelvic obliquity.
Orthopedic rods and screws transfixing the T10 down to L5 vertebrae with normal position without evidence of loosening or battery of fracture.
Spacer cage is located within the L5/S1 vertebral space without evidence of subsidence.
High-grade osteoarthritis of the facet joints is seen at L5/S1 with moderate to high-grade neural exit foraminal stenosis at this level on the right side. No further stenosis was identified. No disc herniation.
Advanced osteoarthritis of the sacroiliac joints is seen bilaterally with subchondral sclerosis, ventral osteophytes and gas within the joints.
Fatty atrophy of the paraspinal muscles is noted.
Conclusion:
Normal position of the orthopedic rods and screws as well as the spacer cage at L5/S1 without fracture, loosening or subsidence.
Osteoarthritis of the facet joints at L5/S1 with moderate to high-grade neural exit foraminal stenosis at this level on the right side. Otherwise, no further stenosis.
Advanced degenerative osteoarthritis of the sacroiliac joints bilaterally.
