Findings:
On the coronal images mild diastasis of the frontozygomatic suture is seen on the left side.
The orbits have a normal appearance. Bilateral IOL-implants are noted.
The zygomatic arch is normal and there is no diastasis of the frontozygomatic suture. The orbital rim is intact, as are the nasal bones.
The pterygoid plates and pterygopalatine fossa are normal.
The temporomandibular joints are unremarkable.
Mucosal thickening is seen within the left maxillary sinus with obliteration of the left osteomeatal complex. An accessory maxillary ostium is seen on the left side.
The paranasal sinuses are otherwise clear.
Concha bullosa is seen on the right. No relevant nasal septal deviation.
Minimal fluid is seen within a few mastoid air cells on the right. The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are otherwise clear.
The imaged upper cervical spine is intact.
Conclusion:
Mild diastasis of the frontozygomatic suture on the left. Otherwise, no further fractures.
The left sided chronic maxillary sinusitis.
