Normal MRI of the brain and the orbits

Findings:
No intra- or extra-axial mass lesion or collection is identified. The ventricles and sulcal spaces are within normal limits. The midline structures are normal with no midline shift.
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable without evidence of demyelinating lesions. No abnormal signal on the diffusion/ADC images is identified.
The pituitary gland is normal.
Both intra and extraconal spaces are normal in appearance.
Normal optic nerves, orbital apex, chiasm and optic radiations.
Cavernous sinus unremarkable.
A small mucous retention cyst as well as minimal mucosal thickening is seen in the left maxillary sinus. The paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are otherwise clear.
No bony abnormality is seen. The craniocervical junction is normal.

Conclusion:
Normal findings. No obvious intracranial or orbital pathology to account for the patient’s symptomatic.
