Zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture

Findings:
Remarkably displaced comminuted fractures in the left orbit lateral wall and maxillary sinus walls and non-displaced fracture of the left orbit floor.
Also, displaced comminuted fracture of the left zygomatic arch shows up to 80 degrees of inwards angulation.

The nasal bone and the mandibles are intact.

The globes and the extraocular muscles are unremarkable.

Mucosal thickening is seen in the paranasal sinuses. The mastoid air cells and the middle ear cavities are clear.

Conclusion:
Zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture on the left with displaced, comminuted lateral orbital wall, maxillary sinus and zygomatic arch fractures.
